Please note that no returns or exchanged will be accepted on items from our Farewell Sale event launching on 13 November 2023. This is confirmed on the page for each item because items are priced for final sale.
The below Refund Policy relates to items that were not bought either in our SustainaSale event in August 2023 or our Farewell Sale event:
We are committed to excellent customer service. Our Refund Policy is a guide for our customers but we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to return and exchange of items.
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a return and exchange.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
